Welcome to the Yardville Health Office!
We are open on school days from 8:35 am to 3:35 pm. We provide first aid for students that become sick or injured during the school day. Please remember, we are not a doctor's office or clinic, and by law, are unable to diagnose illnesses or treat home injuries without proper documentation.
Attendance
Attendance in school is very important. In the event that your child will be absent, please update Pick up Patrol or call the attendance line at 609-631-4170 and press #4 to leave your child's name and the reason for their absence. Per district protocol, there are no medical excuses for absenteeism. However, it is important to provide the health office with all medical notes from appointments that occur during the school day. All medical notes will be kept in your child's medical record.
Contact Information and Medical Notes
Please have updated contact information available in PowerSchool so that we can reach you should an illness or emergency arise during the school day. Have a plan in place for dismissal within 30 minutes of notification.
If you have updated physicals, immunizations, or physician notes, please drop them off or email them to me.
